This workshop aims to promote a rapidly advancing field of research: the study of waves propagating in fluid astrophysical bodies. These phenomena are studied within several sub-communities (stellar physics, planetary science, discs, MHD, etc.), which still interact too little despite shared challenges of physics and modelling. The aim of the workshop is to break down the barriers between these approaches by bringing together theorists, numerical simulation experts, experimentalists and observers. The format will focus on thematic sessions (internal gravity waves, inertial waves, sound, MHD waves, density waves, etc.) with significant time dedicated for group discussions to identify common scientific challenges and foster new interdisciplinary collaborations.
